The Loyalty & Hamilton 

A real estate broker specializing in creative workspace properties needed a brochure for clients to help lease space at the beautiful and elegant Loyalty & Hamilton property in downtown Portland, Oregon. Working within budget constraints, I developed this brochure to be easily printed in-house along with an interactive PDF version that leads viewers to video captures of the space.
